1. Privacy-First Edge Architecture

MeetJSON operates as an in-transit edge streaming proxy and universal Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Code payloads, tool responses, and JSON datasets are processed in-memory at Cloudflare Edge nodes and discarded immediately after delivery. We do not store, log, or train AI models on your proprietary datasets, source code, or LLM conversations.

2. Checkpoint Memory & State Storage

If you explicitly use Context Time Machine (checkpoint save or meetjson_checkpoint_save), your serialized checkpoint state matrix is stored encrypted under your unique user namespace. Checkpoints can be listed or deleted at any time through MCP tools, gateway commands, or dashboard controls.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Merchant of Record

MeetJSON Pro is offered as a monthly subscription ($5.90/month) or as an annual subscription ($49.00/year, reflecting a 30% savings). Payments are securely processed through our authorized Merchant of Record, Polar.sh (Stripe Connect Express), which handles international compliance, VAT/GST calculation, and secure invoicing. Subscriptions grant unlimited Remote MCP and AI Gateway proxy traffic with full AST code optimization, schema pruning, and context checkpointing. You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect at the end of the active billing period.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital provisioning of edge proxy quotas, API keys, and serverless compute resources upon checkout, all payments (both monthly and annual subscriptions) are strictly non-refundable once provisioned. To ensure MeetJSON fulfills your workflow requirements before purchasing, we provide a zero-risk Starter Tier featuring 50 lifetime test calls with no credit card required.

5. Limitation of Liability

MeetJSON is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While our edge engines, AST skeletonizers, and syntax healers are continuously verified against rigorous automated test suites, users are encouraged to maintain standard code review and deployment safety practices.
